FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions:

How is SOLECTION different to other consignment/reseller online stores?

SOLECTION is not just a consignment store.  We also buy and trade footwear.  Some of the inventory is owned by SOLECTION, LLC.  This allows SOLECTION a little more flexibility on prices and more diversity when compared with a normal consignment store, since SOLECTION is not solely dependent on what is brought in by consignors.  One can consign with, sell to, and/or buy from SOLECTION.

Are all products that SOLECTION sells authentic?

Yes.  Everything is guaranteed authentic.  We identify any and all inconsistencies, and our policy is to decline items that don't meet our standards.  We do not accept or sell fake items.

What is SOLECTION's return policy?

All sales at SOLECTION are final. Since around 50% of footwear is on consignment and consignors are paid shortly after sale, we don't accept returns unless there was a fulfillment error on our part.  In the event of a fulfillment error, please contact customer support or come into the store and we will be happy to assist you.

I'm looking for a specific shoe that isn't listed on the website, what should I do?

When looking for a specific shoe, you can search our site by browsing our product categories and also by style number and style name. Our entire inventory is listed on our website. If it isn't listed there, we don’t currently have it in stock or it hasn't been inventoried. Since many of our footwear are on consignment, we restock as quick as we can but it is dependent on our consignors and what we can buy on the market.  We are not able to predict when a shoe will be back in inventory or available in a specific size.  Feel free to contact us if you're looking for a shoe that isn't on our site and we may be able to hunt it down for you.  A 20% non-refundable deposit will be taken, in case of cancellation.
